We are excited to have you join our neighborhood! You may or may not be aware that the Greyhawke subdivision is a homes association committee. That means we have annual dues and some rules and regulations to follow that helps keep our community beautiful and desirable. Please ready below for information we have compiled to help make your transition into our community easy and seamless. HELPFUL INFORMATION​​

Annual dues are $250 for the year and must be paid by February 1st of each year regardless if you received a statement or not. Statements are mailed by January 1st. Dues can be mailed to: Greyhawe HOA, PO Box 1580, Platte City, MO 64079.
Any time a change is made to your property that alters its appearance from the original, a request must be submitted in writing to the Design Review Committee prior to the start of the project. Rules and Regulations can be viewed on our webpage, Covenants and Restrictions.
